300 year old fully refurbished 1 bedroom cottage set in the peaceful countryside on a working farm, an ancient ringfort and river below the house. Very tastefully decorated, a very cosy bed with beautiful linens & fluffy towels. New super-fast wifi installed in March 2026. The cottage is super cosy with oil central heating and plenty hot water for showers. A fully equipped kitchen for all your catering needs with an oven, air-fryer, microwave, kettle & toaster, washing machine and dryer etc. Relax in the living room with Sky tv and a wood burning stove! There’s a lovely picnic table outside and a BBQ and sun lounger chairs so you can relax and enjoy the stunning countryside views! If it’s peace & quiet your after then book to stay here! Located in the South Kerry Dark Sky Reserve which means you can star-gaze and be captivated by the breathtaking stars as the twinkle and light up our skies at night!

We loved staying at the cottage it was so lovely and peaceful. Everything has been thought of and a lovely welcome basket was most appreciated. The outlook on to mountains made for a very calm setting after a day out exploring. Would highly recommend staying here.

This cottage was the best experience we had during our travels and Geraldine is the BEST host! She is so thoughtful and kind, the cottage is absolutely magical. It is beyond what we could’ve hoped for. Can’t recommend enough!
