"This is a very convenient location if you are going to a concert in Rogers Arena for sure! The rooms are small but comfortable bed and clean. The two restaurants are good enough and in general, the location is great. The parking is getting revamp, I assume, and it's very tricky coming in and out of the place. They were also accommodating me in extending an hour for late checkout."

"We were greeted by Demetre who was possibly the friendliest most welcoming host we have ever dealt with in 40 years of travelling. Staff can make a huge difference and he went the extra mile. He is an amazing asset for a beautiful hotel. This man should be a manager or get a raise immediately. Gold floor was outstanding, hot tub and pool were clean and beautiful. Beds and sheets were SO comfortable. This was a 10 out of 10 experience!! Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver during our trip to the Pacific Northwest. We were truly impressed by the beauty and charm of Vancouver—it’s such a vibrant, walkable city with so much to offer. Being right on the bay made everything feel even more special, and we loved being able to explore the waterfront, enjoy the incredible food scene, and take advantage of all the outdoor experiences the city has to offer. The Pan Pacific’s location could not have been better. Situated right on the harbor next to Canada Place, it made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. Everything—from restaurants to sights—was within walking distance, and the views of the water and surrounding mountains were absolutely beautiful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend both Vancouver and the Pan Pacific hotel to anyone planning a visit. It’s an ideal spot for families and a perfect place to enjoy everything this amazing city has to offer."
