Was checked in as a different guest- was sent to wrong room, and had to return to untangle mess. Bathroom walls were not clean Pool & hot tubs closed- was not aware until arriving that these amenities were available at a neighboring hotel, so we did not have swim attire

Good location, the place definitely needed some maintenance. I wasn't made aware when I booked it that the pool was shut down and that was a major reason I picked it, the AC unit in the room was so loud it woke my son and I up every time it started.

Quiet and close to village

The room was clean and spacious and had a full kitchen. I had a room close to the elevators and thought it would be noise, it turn out that it was very quiet. Could use curtains to block out the light as I was trying to sleep in. A/C was a bit noisy
