Art House is a very unique home featuring art work in every room in the home. The art work by high school students and local artists. Guests are able to purchase artwork if they wish and proceeds from the sales will go toward a scholarship fund supporting high school art students aspiring to go to college to further education and their love of art. This home is within walking distance to the Silos, Baylor, McLane Stadium, restaurants and many other locations downtown. If traveling with a larger group than this home allows, there are two other homes next door, Simplicity House (1661305) and soon to come Serenity House, which can also be rented together with this home. So cute and comfy
The house is so well decorated, beds are super comfy, and the back porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Location is great too with so many food options and a comfortable walk to the Silos. It was the perfect house for a quiet and relaxing girls trip.

Very Intentional
Every square inch is very intentionally and very impressively designed. It has an art theme, which works well with the location. The walk to Magnolia Silos is very easy even with a two year old. The house is full of little touches that indicate that very careful attention was paid to the minutia of the guest experience.

Gorgeous property! Beautifully decorate! Each room filled with unique artwork and each bedroom perfectly put together. The bedrooms were cozy and relaxing, the house itself immaculate with options to bring food in or cook and watch a movie. Definitely would like to stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was in great condition and very well decorated with local artist paintings and sketches throughout. The house host was super friendly, and had great communication and made it very clear she was there to assist if we needed. Will absolutely be here again!

Loved this property! Wonderful location. The home has a great layout with 4 suites, allowing privacy for multiple guests. It also has such a great vibe with vibrant colors and artwork. Just What Was Needed
Let’s start with, “We’ll be back!” The Art House is a home away from home. An eye-candy of familiar images on the walls in each room stirred personal memories encouraging us to feel right at home. Creatively designed, each room is a master bedroom—a retreat within a retreat. Our thoughtful host left a special handwritten note for our family to mark the sad occasion for our visit to Waco.
