Sorry about your problems sir you were unlucky on incidents-neither our fault, the water was due to the gas company changing our meter by law due to regulations and failing to ensure they restored supply-beyond our control, not by one of our maintenance people so please be clear on that.As you admit half the street went down again beyond that was beyond our control.If you had mentioned the linen that would have been corrected but it is stuff that is laundered externally and staff should have picked up on that and switched it-we send that back as rejects and apologise if new staff had put it in your room. If you had come to reception about your room size we would have endeavoured to switch you to a room with a larger bathroom.It is a shame you never came to reception about any of these issues so we ad a chance to ensure you had a pleasant stay and wished to return- as many of our guests do.
