Welcome to the Doral Dove Studio by Casa Prestada!

Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of north west Frisco, we're sure you'll enjoy your stay. Our 1/1 studio is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and blocked off for privacy. The unit features a sitting area, kitchenette stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including a full size stove, microwave and fridge, a full bath, and washer/dryer. Major attractions including the Dr. Pepper Field, Toyota Stadium, Dallas Cowboys Star Training, and Lewisville Lake.

The Studio entrance is independent to the main house and is located in the front of the house, next to the main house entrance. The only common/shared area is the path way to the Studio apartment entrance door. Studio guests do not have access to the main house, the garage, or the backyard.

• CHECK-IN •
Easy self-check-in is available via smart lock keyless technology - a personalized 4-digit code will be sent to you before check-in. The studio is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

• PARKING •
We can accommodate up to 2 vehicles at the property in the driveway. Street parking is allowed but no overnight parking.

• WORK FROM HOME •
There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the house, w/ a dedicated workspace the one bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE:

• IDENTIFICATION •
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to read/sign and will be asked to provide a copy of their ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed.

• SECURITY •
To enhance security at the entrance, we have installed a doorbell camera at the front door. This camera allows us to see and communicate with visitors if needed. However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We firmly believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can relax without any concerns about being monitored.

• CANCELLATION •
Our cancellation policy is firm. Trip insurance is highly recommended to ensure you are refunded for any last minute cancellations.
