As an SPG Member I expected a higher level of customer service from the arrival at the front drive to after departure. We arrived at the hotel approximately 10:10pm on a Saturday evening with no valet service and no bellman to greet nor assist us with luggage. The front desk clerk was informative but did not communicate or assist in retrieving a bellman. I had to ask another gentleman approaching and who stepped behind the desk about assisting with our luggage. He did retrieve a guy who was sitting in the Sheraton shuttle van the entire time prior to me driving up. Parking was not secure by any means. The exiting guard rail was detached. No presence of security on the property. Outside doors do not need magnetic programed keys to enter from the parking lot. We did get a preferred SPG Floor (1513) with a newly renovated bathroom and bedroom furniture. Thank you for the full room service staff and kitchen hours until 11pm. We ordered dinner for a family of 4 and it was delivered in a timely manner. The room service attendant only gave us 2 utensil sets for 4 entrees. That was quickly corrected with a call to guest services. The Club Breakfast location was different on the first floor of the lobby however, the staff was hospitable and professional. After our departure we accidently left our full size tote toiletry bag on the bathroom floor. The next day, we placed a call into lost & found/ Housekeeping to inquire about our full size tote toiletry bag. No one returned our call.
