For the trip from airport, had to call three times. First phone call, they say going to be fifteen minutes tell them at A8. After fifteen minutes go by, call them again, they say had you called before. Then call again to make sure they are on the way and they say you are in B that is why not picked up, tell them in A8 there was never any mention of B. Upon arriving back to hotel Saturday evening we were trapped in the elevator, presses the alarm and called front desk from cell phone. Upon guy opening the elevator doors, hotel employee asked us if we wanted a drink at the bar. The double beds size wise were not comfortable. We ate breakfast in hotel next morning and it was terrible. The portions were small, eggs and hashbrowns were undercooked, one slice of toast for 20.00 and drinks 3.50 each for size of a juice glass. The next morning we arrived in the lobby at 5:40 am to be told the airport shuttle was not running due to weather. We had not been informed of this. We had a flight to catch which was not delayed. The reason we chose this hotel was because there was an airport shuttle and shuttle to the game. There was only light dusting of snow at that point. It was cold out and the Grounds, coffee and tea stand, we were told was under renovation so that was yet another problem.
