Although this facility would have received a good review my encounter with the front desk clerk, Anna, canceled any thoughts of that. Upon requesting a late check out I was told I had to come down and give a credit card for an extra charge. I advised her that I’d given my card upon checking in for any incidental charges. She responded I had not. When I insisted that I had she asked who took it. Then she stated he “must have done it wrong”because it wasn’t there. I reiterated that I had indeed given it. At that point she told me to either come down or she would call the police. I opted to just end my conversation and leave. As I walked by the front desk I asked who I had spoken with. Anna identified herself as that person. When I requested she write down her first and last name she said she doesn’t give her last name to anyone. I told her I wasn’t surprised as she obviously didn’t want to take responsibility for her behavior to customers and that she had an attitude problem. Her reply was that I had been rude. I walked out stating, “ok, Anna!” I’ve never received such treatment in all my years of traveling. I will NEVER visit another Quality Inn, especially if this is the caliber of employees they hire.

Good variety at continental breakfast. Room was clean and stocked. Front desk staff was super polite and the whole place, while not the fanciest, was clean and organized. Would stay there again.

One of the best!

Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing -- I thought it was perfect!
Location: Cedar Park, TX. Close to Austin, Lakeline Mall, and the Outlets.
This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was sparkling clean, quiet, comfortable, and I felt completely safe.
