Room was very clean and large - loved the view over the city and the Space Needle from the room! Good customer service. Appreciated the email prior to coming with details about the train from SeaTac, as well as the check-out time of 12 noon."

"This was a surprisingly wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shar at the front desk arranged a private driver, Omar, to take us to the cruise port for a very fair price. We really appreciated this assistance and service. The room was large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included waffles, pancakes, eggs, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and much more. We were very pleased with this hotel."
