If you wish to be just off the beach, but close enough where your feet are in the sand and water in less than five minutes, this is the condo for you.  Located in the beautiful, and highly sought after Southbridge community, this magnificent 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, has brand new everything, including furniture, appliances, and all amenities.  Large and spacious on the inside, you literally feel like you are living in 2200-2300 square feet of space.  Tastefully decorated, this beauty sits in between two of the many lakes Southbridge boasts.  These lakes are full of beautiful and graceful swans, and amusing geese.  You have full water view on either side of you.  The immediate neighbors are amazing, and many live in Southbridge full time.  Please Note:  There are no elevators in this unit--2nd floor unit.

When we guarantee you this beauty is completely stocked, believe it!  You will think you never left home, well, except for the beach, ocean, seagulls, and beauty of the area.  The kitchen has every amenity, utensil, and service accessory any lived in home would have, which is uncommon with many vacation rentals.  This unit is pet friendly (a dog, up to 40 lbs).

This condo is convenient to everything, including 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Surfside, the best local restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, and all of the other top destination spots along the Grand Strand.  The Myrtle Beach International Airport is located 15 minutes away, Broadway at the Beach, about 20 minutes away, and Coastal Grand Mall about 20 minutes away.
