Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We arrived late due to a delayed plane. They were so nice to work with and left a key for us. Short train or shuttle ride to Zermatt.

Fantastic location minutes from the center and easy to get to. The breakfast was amazing and the staff super. We had the alpine view double and it was spacious and great view of the Matterhorn! Definitely would come back!

"Very friendly hosts and really warm welcome, great communication via emails and messages. Room was cosy, clean and had all facilities you would need. Great shower.
