Wonderful, quiet family retreat

Great place to stay for families seeking lake or state park activity and to get away to a quiet place but be within a decent drive to visit your college student or have your college student visit you for a family retreat. The deer families that roam the neighborhood was an added treat.

Peaceful getaway

Well-appointed single-wide with covered deck, large fenced yard (great for pets/ kids to run around) fire pit, detached covered "chill zone" with patio chairs. Covered carport, too. All furniture and appliances seem brand new, and the beds are very comfyfull washer and dryer. Place is on septic, so you'll have to toss your TP in the can, not the bowl...We'll definitely be back - only 45 minutes to Kyle Field!

Quiet Getaway

It was very nice and peaceful, watching the deers was really nice. Just missing a television in the main room other than that great stay(did not like sharing the front TV with the kids😁). Have to say good for the newly listed place.
