"All the staff were helpful and friendly. The whole place was spotless. The buffet had a lot of variety of food and I loved the ice cream and coffee shop easy access. It was great to have the staff walk around and deliver popsicles and fruit/veggie cups around the pools in the afternoon. Not being able to make dinner reservations on line was annoying. Beds are firm and bedding was very nice. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It did take a few hours to check into our room but it was clean and had everything needed including a great ocean view. Although it was somewhat dated, especially the bathroom. The grounds, pool and beach were very nice and well maintained. Some activities were to be had including kayaking, pool, ping pong and others. The Spa massage was a nice experience. A big shoutout to Juan who provided exceptional service in the buffet restaurant keeping our wine glasses full and Anna who was always providing the energy each day for the activities of which I enjoyed archery the most. Cheers! The days went by quickly but we achieved our escape from winter and look forward to a return down the road. "
