I had to wait for the airport shuttle for 35 mins, it was supposed to be running every 15 minutes. Waited outside in the cold, then arrived at the room, and the room was 50 degrees. It took 2,5 hours for the AC to bring the room temperature to 72. I got sick...

A crazy person was yelling at 3 am in the morning outside my room on the 3rd floor and banging in someone’s door , I called the front desk no answer, this lasted over 20 min I couldn’t go back to bed and felt the security in this hotel really is lacking , no keys access any floor , no security guard . No one at the front desk answered ! This hotel needs renovation asap and upgrade in every level !!!!

This is the best hotel we've stayed at near SFO, and we've tried a lot of them. Comfortable bed, lots of activity downstairs and a fun vibe. Starbucks in center of huge lobby that is a nice place to hang out. Best ever breakfast with friendly service.
