I stayed in this apartment for two and a half months while attending a UCSD course at Extended Studies, and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 20–25 minute walk to UCSD and very convenient for restaurants and high-quality supermarkets nearby. The unit is right in front of the pool and it’s extremely quiet and peaceful, as the entire complex.Iris and Joe are excellent hosts: very respectful of privacy, attentive, and welcoming.The reality turned out to be far better than I expected. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and truly enjoyable stay.

Great Experience at Joe & Iris's!

My 9 week stay in San Diego could not have been any better. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a great, safe location. The instructions for arrival were excellent, and communication with the host was extremely easy and speedy. I would highly recommend a stay in this unit!
