When we first arrived, we didn’t think much of it obviously it’s a motel so there was not much we were expecting from it. After we checked in and was able to get into the room, me and my partner always check the sheets in case of bedbugs or anything else we stayed in a two queen bedroom while checking we noticed there was only one of the top sheets on one of the beds, and the other one was missing the other sheet were stained, and like they already were slept in when we lifted the fitted sheets there was blood in all types of colored stains. We had to walk all the way down back to the office since the phone for the room didn’t work was honestly just there for show. The guy at the office told us that someone will come with sheets to the room after two minutes of being back in the room. What we think was the manager came in and got on the phone started yelling and giving us bad looks he only replaced one of the sheets on one of the beds and told us to sleep on that one. We told them that we paid for multiple nights and we need fresh sheets and new towels, which were also missing me and my partner had to clean the bathroom in order to simply pee because the toilet was filthy. You look up at the ceiling and I am not no expert, but that was black mold, very black all over the bathroom ceiling and walls, extending into the bedroom, the curtains were also stained. he told us to go to the office and the guy gave us a refund due to “no more clean sheets” for guest.

After an 8 hour drive, and arriving at 2:30pm, had hoped for an early check in. Concierge said to come back in 20 minutes. Room- stains on the sheets. Regardless of being 2 star, not clean in this regard. Shower was good heat though and beds were comfortable.

Room could use a deep cleaning, lots of mildew buildup on things like facets and shower curtain. Comfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows. Was able to check in early. Heater started making noise after first day so didn’t use it. Room is quiet, but with the wind make sure you dead bolt it so it doesn't blow open.

The room and bed themselves were ok. The problem with it was the bathroom and the mold in the shower, can see the dirt on the plastic walls, as well as the mold in the shower, there was mold on the ce the room smell like mold. The AC i set at 65 to try to get fresh air, which didn't help. Oh and the toilet was nasty with not sure if rings from the water but it needs a major scrub or replacement. It looks as if they tried to update the room with newer flooring, they should have focused the bathroom. helpaiACAcewalls,

Our arrival was met with a poor welcome and the reception area was fairly dirty, had cobwebs, stained walls, and pretty filthy reception door and windows. It felt like walking into a very insecure and unkempt hotel. I asked if the area was safe and the host’s response lacked care. The room itself was spacious, but not well-maintained. The walls are in need of cleaning, and the shower pan and walls in need of repair, The bed was the best thing about my stay. Very comfortable and clean with fluffy pillows. Very nice. However, starting around 7:30pm, construction/repairs commenced after an electrical fire in the maintenance area had ensued prior to our arrival. Why pounding, drilling, hammering and more had to be done at nighttime is unacceptable. I don’t believe that any guest could have been comfortable with such a degree of construction/repair noise. The host offered us a different room, but noise that loud would have been felt throughout the building of that smaller size. I believe that Hotels.com should've known about the repairs being done at this hotel at night and that Hotels.com should’ve removed this hotel from its listing until the repairs had been completed. AND I believe that this hotel should’ve communicated to me that work would be done during our stay upon my arrival and offered me a full refund. My reservation was non-refundable so I was left with a poor night’s rest, $115.00 out of pocket and disappointed with both Hotels.com and this hotel. Poor form!

For my day, I have booked two rooms for me in my party. The first room lacked pillows on our first inspection. I had requested more pillows. They had not been delivered by eight hours later I had to go demand more pillows when I returned to my room at night. The same room also has a massive amount of mold in it in the ceiling tiles and in the bathroom, the bathroom also had a hole in the wall that was absolutely disgusting. The second room upon arriving at looked like someone had beat the door with a hammer trying to get in at some point. upon entering the room it smelled of smoke and in the morning, I discovered the burn marks in the linens. Overall, I did not like my stay one bit and I will never be using red roof in again.
