!!!!!!!DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! BUGS everywhere, we had to leave right after check in. The old gentleman at front seems nice and promised me 100% refund but now my agency is still talking to them and trying to get the money back. Area also does NOT feel SAFE!

I came from Philadelphia expecting a nice relaxing evening after a meeting nearby. Didn’t want to drive back to Philly late at night. Looked online , the price was affordable. ( No Wonder Why ). This is by far the worst hotel-motel I’ve ever stayed in, in my whole entire life . Everything is dirty, from the moment you walk in the carpet , the stairs, every single thing there is dirty . Unsanitized everything . When I got there, there were police cars all over the place. 2 hours later , 3 more cop cars came for a whole different situation. Then around midnight guess what? Yeah , more cops for another situation . Yeah , this is not the place to bring your family or even worse , kids. But guys , the worse part of all this all is. While I am sleepin, around 1:45 am, I get a call in my hotel room. I’m thinking, okay? This the front desk. Nope. It’s another person from a different room, asking me to let him come up to my room to do yall already know, with me . Now you know at this point I am SHOCKED . I thought that was a prank . So I hang up. Here they are calling again . ( Mind you , I’m a Men ). Here they are talking about what he wants to do meanwhile I’m just cursing him out I felt so disrespected, and disgusting for even being there at this point , I just wanted to get the hell out of there . They called me about 6 different times . He did mentioned his room number . So at this point I’m HEATED 🔥. I went , knocked on his door like I’m a cop. Called the police and reported hi

The hallway carpets were grossly dirty. Many smoke/burn stains around the room. Toilet paper holders didn’t have the rods in them to actually hold the toilet paper. No bath mat. Loud screaming down the hall. Strong smell of weed in the foyer.

The website said there was breakfast. That's a lie. The coffee wasn't even fresh. The hotel is dirty. There were. Roaches in my room. The carpet throughout is filthy. There were roaches in the hallway. You can smell food. The television did not work, not one channel. The Wi-Fi was weak. People making noise outside of our room window during the wee hours of the morning. The refrigerator didn't work.

Dirty flooring. Hair in the sink and floors. Spots on the comforter. Markers on the sheets. Peeling paint everywhere. AC not working. Moved to another room after complaining about ac and flickering bathroom lights. That room AC was working but room was dirty. Outside was filthy. I m not sure how they didnt fail health code.

This is a low income development their laundry is hanging over the guardrail dogs barking kids racing up and down the hallway these people live their and they rent out a few rooms for travelers dirty and everybody is fighting a real nightmare
