Presidents Day Weekend

I have been staying at this particular hotel during Presidents Day Weekend for several years. This is the first time that I was not completely satisfied with everything. I was placed into a room where the bathroom was designed for someone with disabilities. The shower and sink were not user friendly for a person without disabilities. I never requested this type of room and my reservation was made about 2 months in advance.

The front desk staff were great! Rest of the things horrible. Roaches, black mold in the shower, person who cleaned the room took a long time & not friendly at all. Carpets were dirty, no continental breakfast, limited food items to buy & expensive. Parking lot was not cleaned well, people smoking in their rooms could be smelt in the hallway, people smoking right outside the doors so you have to pass through a puff of smoke. Dogs barking in the hallway. Need I go on?!

I highly recommend them

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed, the staff was responsive to our needs, the room was well stocked with cooking/eating needs and toiletries and towels. Overall, my expectations were exceeded.
