Welcome to Hogwarts! Our Harry Potter themed house has it all. From rooms representing all four houses to bedrooms dedicated to Hagrid, Dumbledore and Voldemort. The game room has been transformed into Platform 9 3/4 and the pool transformed into an underwater quidditch court!

The Gryffindor dormitory has been recreated in our wonderful home. It features a custom built double over double canopy bed with a hidden top bunk.

Our Beauxbaton room features a double over double castle bunk bed. Walk through the magic portal and step onto another campus with pink skies and fluffy clouds.

The master suite is where Dumbledore rests when he’s not teaching. It has a king size bed, TV, dual sink bathroom, walk in closet, water closet, shower and soak tub.

The Slytherin bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, bathroom and a custom built Nimbus 2001 over the bed.

The third adult bedroom on the second floor is dedicated to Hagrid. It features a king size log canopy bed and wood walls. The room has a direct access door to the third upstairs bathroom (custom built so it’s not like the other 6 bedroom Windsor Hills homes).

The downstairs bedroom is Voldemort’s bedroom. It has a giant tile wall, queen size bed and television. The bathroom is just off the small hallway.

The custom pool features a quidditch court. Yes, your own personal court to practice your quidditch skills.

Enjoy all of the beautiful Florida sun with a south facing pool and spa (it is shaded in the winter due to the retaining wall). The pool has been updated to a saltwater system. Stop swimming in over chlorinated pools that burn your eyes. Saltwater systems use a computer and electrolysis to control pool hygiene. Most vacation home pools are visited by a pool guy once a week that dumps tons of chlorine into the pool so that it lasts until he returns the next week. Those pools smell of chlorine and burn your eyes. A saltwater system is like swimming in saline. The water has a soft and silky feel. Saltwater systems are also better for your skin and hair because the chlorine level is properly controlled. Once you swim in a saltwater pool, you'll never want to rent a non-saltwater pool again.

Since the house is perfectly south facing, the covered lanai offers excellent shade all-day for those who need a little reprieve from the sun's rays. The lanai ceiling fans create a cool breeze when needed. The pool is very private with no rear neighbors. The retaining wall holds back a hillside with nothing but a long driveway 50ft further back on the other side of the hill. There is also a security gate around the pool for safety (rolled out of the way for pictures).

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast nook for quick meals before heading to the parks. Counter top appliances include a Keurig machine in addition to the normal coffee pot, kettle, toaster and blender.

The entryway features Ravenclaw’s sitting room. The couches and chairs are the perfect place to gather everyone for a day at the parks.

Hufflepuff is represented in the most used room in the house - the living room. With leather couches and chairs it is a great place to rewatch one of the movies.

The dining room table seats eight students. A highchair is stored in the game room for guests to use during their stay. There are also a pack-n-play and strollers that can be taken to the parks. Connected to the dining room is a furnished living room and bar area.

Finally, no Florida home would be complete without a game room. This is no ordinary game room. This is Platform 9 3/4 station at Windsor Hills. The air-conditioned room includes a private theater and pool table. There is also a washer and dryer for doing any laundry during your stay between the living room and game room.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry, driveway and sides of the home. The cameras DO NOT look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.

RENOVATIONS

We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

July 2020 - Pool converted to a saltwater system, replaced TVs in living room and two bedrooms with smart TVs, replaced receiver in theater room, added Roku to theater for streaming.

November 2020 - Installed Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.

September 2021 - Redecorated the two kids bedrooms (Harry Potter and Princesses). Installed two new ceiling fans in the lanai.

January 2022 - New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

July 2022 - Added mini-split air conditioning unit to game room.

October 2022 - Installed custom double over double castle bunkbed in Princess room. Will become Beauxbatons Castle in January 2023.

January/February 2023 - Transformed from The Legends to Villa 9 3/4.

June 2023 - New pool furniture and game room themed as Platform 9 3/4
