"Wasn’t very helpful. Had to do everything basically yourself. Staff is very slow paced. Had to pay for everything even for little things like switching out your towels. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever been a part of. "

"Honestly I heard that this hotel was nice but I didn't expect to like this hotel as much as I did. I been to hotels where you get complimentary breakfast but to get complimentary breakfast and dinner is mind blowing. Also you get 2 complimentary alcohol drinks a day for your stay. The staff was nice and it was very clean."

"I like that the living area was separate from the bedroom space. Check in was fine. The noise from other guests was unacceptable, when checking out there was no one in the office and after a good 15 minutes when someone finally showed up it smelled as though they were smoking marijuana. We also asked for towels and they never brought them up to the room so I had to go back down to the office and ask for them again and wait for them and bring them up myself. There was no housekeeping for the few days that we were there. I like housekeeping every day, bed made, fresh towels and clean bathroom. Overall quite disappointed,"
