Room was clean, but tired. Nick the Bellman was great. Front desk personnel were meh and the elevators need an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was non existent.

Disappointed in this expensive hotel. No easy way to request room service! We requested room service at 9 am by contacting the front dek. By 2 pm, the room was not done. We went to the room and saw housekeeping In the hallway. Requested room service; but housekeeping said we were not on the list. She kindly cleaned the room anyway. This and other details need attention: no soap in bathroom sink when we checked in; hair dryer plug and smartphone plugs don’t stay connected! Bathroom needs bright light to apply makeup, and the list goes on.
