The staff here are lovely, the onsens are amazing, the dinner is phenomenal (and unbelievably huge), the rooms have a lovely atmosphere and are so comfortable, there's a bar with unlimited free drinks, and it's easily accessible via the Hakone Tozan Bus. It's right next to a convenience store too, if that's important to you. I'll remember my stay here for a long time!"
