Precious at the front desk was so helpful finding us a room there and helping us get the best price. Hotel was clean, good beds, and everything we could ask for."

"Our stay was okay. The main lodge was lovely, the restaurants were quite good. In our room however, it was quite apparent that there were not pressure balancing valves in the shower. A number of times during my shower the water temperature would change from where I wanted it, to extremely hot or extremely cold. I also found it interesting that the hotel guest services did not know we had checked in. About 6 hours after we had checked in, someone from the desk called to ask us what time we would be arriving. Then didn't know what room they put us in. I found that a bit strange."
