Come and enjoy the gîte "Le clos des Muids" in this rural setting close to the village, ideal for getting together with family or friends! This independent village house of 130 m2 for 6 people awaits you 15 minutes walk from the village of Mareau-aux-prés (bakery and shops). The entire house is on the ground floor (only 2 steps to enter). Large dining room with open fitted kitchen, pleasant separate living room with sofa (convertible 140x190, on request), armchairs and TV. You will have 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms: Bedroom No. 1 with 1 140x190 bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), Bedroom No. 2 with 1 160x200 bed, Bedroom No. 3 with 2 90x190 beds, a separate toilet, a separate bathroom

Outside: A courtyard at the front allows you to park your vehicles. An unfenced garden at the back with its private terrace, garden furniture with pergola and barbecue available to enjoy the sunny days. Country setting guaranteed!
