Great Spot and nice property

Had a very nice stay here. Property is very well located (walking distance to The Sanctuary) and in good condition. Our family of five felt very comfortable and while it’s not a huge condo, it is laid out well so the space didn’t feel cramped at all. Julie was a great host - very accessible. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay on Kiawah Island

This Penthouse on Kiawah Island is lovely. We spent five days there as a family of 5 (three kids ages 13, 11, and 8), and the space worked perfectly. The home is well-appointed with everything you could need from coffee makers to beach gear to puzzles and games. Julie is a wonderful communicator and the check-in process was seamless. The views of the ocean are beautiful and the beach is steps away. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites!

Spring Beach Getaway

This Villa is beautiful. It’s clean, in a great location, and is well stocked. We had a great time with family and friends! The one minor issue was the AC didn’t work well. The upstairs bedrooms were hot. The beach view from the deck is awesome!

Terrific property, clean, great location

The title pretty much says it all. We have stayed at a few different places at Kiawah and this one was the cleanest of the places we have stayed at. It is right on the beach, central to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

We loved meeting our grown children for Thanksgiving on beautiful Kiawah Island. We could not have asked for a more beautiful and well appointed waterfront condo. We loved our much needed stay at East Beach. After a summer we are calling two weddings and a funeral, we needed a place just to "be" and relax. Golfing for our husbands, long walks on the beach and needlepoint for us. PERFECT!

Family getaway

Beautiful property in the perfect location! Family of 4 stayed here for a few days during kids fall break from school. The proximity to beach allowed for quick snack and bathroom breaks, and the views from the balcony were a dream! Julie was wonderfully responsive and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Kiawah Island Gem!

This is a beautiful home my wife, brother, and sister-in-law had the privilige to stay in for a mini vacation. Well laid out, solidly built, and amazing views! Close to the tennis center, Night Heron Park, and Freshfield Village. The nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and have experienced many. Julie was great to work with - very responsive and hospitable!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and clean. It was nice to be able to walk right down to the beach. We enjoyed the porch and riding bikes on the island. The guidebook was also helpful in choosing restaurants.

Sisters Trip

We are a family of 9 kids and there are 6 girls...us sisters, take a milestone birthday trip every 3-4 years that included two of the sisters hitting big birthdays this time. This year we found this beautiful gem and cannot wait to find a reason to come back! This particular condo was perfect...the location, the views, the vibe...it hit a 10/10 on everything!! Julie was absolutely lovely to work with and very responsive. We did several activities including kayaking, going to The Sanctuary for dinner and shopping, into the town square for coffee and more shopping and otherwise enjoyed each others company on the beach and in the condo cooking and playing games! It truly was one of the best...according to ALL 6 of us!!

Spectacular beach home!

Spectacular views of the beach and ocean everywhere you look in this gorgeous Windswept condo! Three very large bedrooms and bathrooms offer plenty of space and the host has provided everything you need in a vacation home! We wish we didn't have to leave and will definitely be back! Host also gave information about the area restaurants, bike rental, golf and other activities. And communication was excellent !
