"Upon arrival, the greeting was as if we were priority guest. Our stay was wonderful! The entire staff was professional, pleasantly kind, and very tentative to our needs. Especially, service of the valet attendants who promptly retrieved and parked our vehicle. The property is in the heart of downtown, walking distance, close to many attractions and restaurants. We want to thank Embassy Suites Charleston, SC for our memorable first time experience. We look forward to returning and perhaps making this a regular establishment when we visit."

"Beautiful historic building in the heart of the city of Charleston. All shopping and fabulous eateries are walkable. Quick trip to the harbor, plenty to do and see from a central location. Went with my teenage daughter for a girls trip, and have a time of our lives, doing a no small part to the warmth of this hotel, it’s location and it’s overall vibe."
