"Home is exactly what we had wanted for our family trip. Plenty of comfy beds and space for food & fun, with an excellent location. We particularly loved sitting on the porch, with its amazing ocean view. Communication with our host was excellent, and she was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This property is extremely comfortable for a large group. The ocean views are spectacular and there are marsh/river views from some rooms. There are two dishwashers and a wine fridge plus 2 two-bin trash cabinets making storage and cleanup much easier for a large group. The interior furnishings are comfortable; the!open floor plan makes it easy for large groups to congregate and participate. There is ample high-end outdoor furniture. Great property for big group of family & friends."

"A group of 12 friends just finished our stay at this wondeful Folly Beach vacation home and we all agreed that it was perfect for us. The communication with Matt was great - every question was answered quickly and completely. The check in and check out process was seemless.The house itself was as good or better than the online pictures. There were 6 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (and an additional one downstairs near the outdoor bar area). The living and dining spaces were large and easily accomodated our group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The place was clean and comfortable. The closet was full of dozens of games.In our opinion, the highlight of the house is its large front porch. We logged many hours sitting, talking and reading (maybe having a few cocktails) while looking across the street at the beautiful beach. It was heaven.The house is a short drive or bike ride from town. Every day we walked, biked, played, swam and relaxed at the beach.We ventured into Charleston several times as it is only a short drive away. Having a base to stay as beatiful as this with the wonderful City of Charleston less than a half hour away was a real bonus.We lived every minute of our stay and we certainly hope to visit again. It was a great value and can't wait to return to Folly."
