the complex is beautiful, and the service is amazing. I wish the concierge at the Suites was available more. Each time i was there to speak to them the desk was empty. the food was good and the 24-hour room service was valuable as I needed to leave complex for scuba diving 3 mornings before the breakfast buffet opened.

The property was beautiful, our room was nice and bed was really comfortable. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The only negatives would be the food and updates for the hotel. The food was ok, but not great and not many options for room service either. The balconies could use some updating, especially the railing that is by the swim up pool. It was loose and could tell it needed some updating. Overall, my husband and I would stay again, but hopefully the food will be better.

Mi estadía fue muy satisfactoria, es un hotel relativamente pequeño, pero tiene mucha variedad en comida para elegir y toda de excelente calidad al igual que las bebidas, para la época de sargazo limpian la playa todos los días por lo que está muy bonita, el agua calientita y transparente. El staff amable y resolutivo además de que el paquete “more inclusive” nos dio la oportunidad de hacer snorkeling y dar un paseo en catamaran y conocer la playa Maroma, una de las más bonitas en donde he estado.

There’s no place on the property for currency exchange and they refused to accept Canadian dollars. Aside from this minor inconvenience the property, staff and amenities were amazing!

This property was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and fun. We came during slow season (May) so some restaurants that said was open were actually closed. No swimmable beach if that’s your thing. We did the catamaran excursion that’s included with your stay and it was awesome.

Not the worst, but not great

This place is honestly ridiculous. There are very few places to eat, and the hours listed on the app are completely inaccurate. We tried to get breakfast at a spot that claimed to serve à la carte breakfast, only to be told in person that they were only serving lunch. While everything is within walking distance, the lack of dining options is incredibly frustrating. The food overall is mediocre at best. The buffet is subpar whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The only decent meal we had was at the Driftwood restaurant near the seaside swim-ups. Our swim-up pool was fairly dirty, and we didn’t even get to enjoy it. Of course, the beach in Mexico is always beautiful, which was one of the few highlights. The staff at the resort are friendly and helpful, but there’s a serious lack of communication about what’s open, what’s available, and what events are happening. For a resort that markets itself as a luxury experience, the disorganization and lack of transparency were really disappointing. The staff deserves a five star rating though.

First time to this resort and it was one to remember. The staff always went above and beyond to ensure you felt welcomed and appreciated. There were so many amenities available, which kept things fun and interesting. If you wanted to party, the pool bar was where its at and if you wanted a little bit of peace you could always go beach side. The food options were by far the most exciting part for myself and my partner. This was the first time I've been to a resort that had a fully vegan restaurant, although disappointing it was only open for lunch. The Kaab had absolutely delicious food. The buffet usually had something to be able to make a Frankenstein meal, which was great. The themed restaurants, were very limited with vegan options.

Beautiful property! The staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was great here at the resort! Wish we stayed longer. If you want some peace on your vacation this is the spot! The beach was man made but it was beautiful! We will come back!

Carmen at the spa delivered the best massage I have ever had!! She single handedly made my trip. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! I was a little disappointed that there was no recognition in my room of my 60th birthday. The resort was aware as they asked me why I was traveling and I said it was to celebrate my 60th birthday. Even something very small would have made a difference, as I was traveling alone. However, it did not ruin the trip. Overall, it was a very pleasurable trip.
