This was our second stay at El Dorado and we will definitely be back again. The staff are incredible and so kind. The food is amazing and there’s so many options. Excursions included were so much fun! Rooms are beautiful and kept clean daily. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone who made my husband’s birthday trip one to remember.

Great food, awesomeness entertainment, the people are so welcoming and kind. The ro was cleaned and the bed sooo comfortable. The only issue we had was with our jet tub. The water pressure in it was so light.It would have taken six hours to fill. I'm sure if I called.They would have handled it but we were doing all kinds of other activities that it wasn't a big deal.

We got the room on the second floor in Seaside Suites, so it was 90% palm tree tops view and 10% ocean view behind the trees. As we were informed, there aren't many rooms with two beds in the hotel, and if you want a room with two queen beds the choice is a bit limited. Other than that, everything was up and above the expectations.

My husband and I stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites for one week for our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely marvelous. We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right away. A special thank you to Cesar, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He helped us book our activities, including a romantic candlelight dinner and a romantic breakfast in bed. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, and he also assisted us with restaurant reservations at Mia Casa and the Asian restaurant. Cesar was incredibly attentive, kind, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for couples. Every detail made our honeymoon memorable, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend this resort for honeymooners or anyone looking for a romantic and luxurious getaway.

In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar staff were able to up the tier that much more. Antonio and Alfonso were our favourites! They always went above and beyond for us. There are so many notes that help to make the stay at the resort homie and comfortable - providing the name of our specific room cleaner and rooms bar staff were nice touches to make it more comfy. We loved that despite being a job, the staff in each and every department seem genuinely happy to be there and to see each guest. No matter where you go you’re greeted along the way. We just wanted to say thank you genuinely to all of the dedicated staff at El Dorado Seaside for truly making and inviting us to a welcoming and potential second home.
