"Super-cute themed hotel that has clearly put in the effort to make it Disney themed with fantastic decor elements and decorations in the lobby etc, castle-style furniture in the rooms, and the internal courtyards are just lovely. The rooms are a bit dated, could do with modernising etc. but it is a family-focussed hotel so understandable. Great to have the pool, and breakfast was a solid effort!"

"This Hotel is not as great as expected. We reserved 3 rooms and 1 room was infested with bed bugs. So I asked to get another room that night but I wasn't able to get one due to fully booked. So All my kids had to sleep together in another room. So next day they had 1 room available. I asked them fully check and clean the other rooms we were staying. They didn't offer any discount for that 1 night. The hotel is not very clean. Staff is so unfriendly except the Manager. Also their breakfast is not free. It's $21.99 per adults. With this experience, I won't booked another time with them in the future."

"We stayed at the Biltmore Los Angeles for two nights. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to 1) a subway station and 2) good restaurants. We did request no room cleaning, which was fine. Our room had a king bed, as requested, and it was comfortable. Even though we were on the eighth floor, sounds from the street wafted up frequently. The only bad component of the room was the TV remote, which had a low battery or faulty keyboard that prevented easy selection of channels. The bill or guest information was a revelation: a daily $39 destination fee that “included” WiFi access, health club access, domestic pkone calls, and daily credits for food and dry cleaning. We did not use any of these except for the WiFi. The valet parking cost $70 per day."
