"Donna, the lady at the front desk gave her rain jacket to my daughter to borrow for our walk over to the Aquarium. It was a very rainy day and we weren’t prepared. She even looked for a ln umbrella for us. We’re so grateful for her compassion. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed my made to order omelette in the morning. We didn’t wander around too much because of the weather but it seemed like an ideal place to stay because of the location in the harbor and it was very easy to get to the aquarium. Maybe we can come back when the weather is nicer. "

"Front desk was amazing and very helpful I checked in for a concert and I got along very well with the afternoon front desk. I can’t remember his name, very friendly person. Complimented me on my 60s outfit because that was the theme of rauws Alejandro concert. It was an easy and fast check in. No issues checking out also. Over all night audit and morning girls was great. Lovely staff. "

"It was excellent. Front desk very helpful. Valet was super friendly and helpful. Recommendations would be to have someone answer the phone more quickly. The cleaning crew missed a couple of items of not major concern. I would recommend this hole to anyone. Extremely convenient. Walked to the Oriole Park at Camden Yard and the National Aquarium."
