Book Affinia rooms in Hell's Kitchen

"Cons: 1) The AC/heater was broken. It rattled constantly, all night long like a jack hammer was going off in the room. We let the front desk know and they tried to fix it. It wasn't constant, but it was still making that noise. 2)The toilet would randomly flush every hour or so, throughout the day and night. They were unable to fix that. 3)There is no cable. No local channels like CBS, ABC, NBC or Fox. Just a fire stick. The internet is so weak, we couldn't get any of the apps on the fire stick to load. It kept buffering. 4)The wall/door that separates the bathroom and the main room is frosted glass so if someone gets up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, not only does the light from the bathroom light up the entire room, but you can see the shadow of the person in the bathroom on the toilet. Pros: 1)it's a great location. Walking distance to Time Square and Broadway and the Metro station. 2)staff was very attentive 3)there is a billiards table and a really nice fitness center. 4)the outdoor spaces/courtyards were very pretty.
