I didn’t like the staff member that helped me. He kept saying to me “oh it’s not ready come back” A manager had to come and find me a room. He could use some customer service training. I paid for two queen beds and a queen pull out couch. I got a twin roll bed. I could have went somewhere else if that’s the case.

Never checked in because there was no water and A/C. Had to call hotels.com for relocation ended up at crown plaza it was the best
