The thoughtful touches throughout our stay—from the thick robes in our room and the convenient umbrellas to the delightful wine hour—were unexpected luxuries that elevated the entire experience. Every detail reflected a genuine dedication to guest comfort and created a stay that was memorable, relaxing, and unforgettable. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit small and tight for a single queen room, which is fairly typical for many New York City hotels.
