The hotel was pretty up to date decor wise. The room was clean and functional. The lobby had 24/7 coffee and tea and had a complimentary continental breakfast, the offerings were fewer than what is typical. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Had to change rooms because there was no heat, Toilet paper holder didn’t stay together. Hair dryer didn’t want to stay in holder. Could not always reach the front desk. Workers renovating were helpful.

"This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana. The “lobby” was a fold out table with a register system. The employees were very kind and accommodating. I asked to switch my room and wasn’t even questioned. The first room was gloomy, dirty and outdated. The second room was cleaner but still not to my liking. I gave 3 stars for the customer service being great! The property needs work and is under construction. "
