"I highly recommend this amazing hotel. We arrived during the blackout last week and the staff were very accommodating, understanding, and compassionate to travelers. The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Parque Eduardo, the metro station, with plenty of shopping and dining options. I couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were. I could not hear a thing from the neighbors, and the only time you could hear the street below was if the window was open. The mild climate did make sleeping with the window open a wonderful treat. I would certainly stay at Locke de Santa Joana again and would recommend it to the travelers. "

Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.
