Did not stay for breakfast. Had to catch early flight. Reception was very clean and very comfortable sofas. They had water and water with lemon flavored along with fresh apples for guests. Hotel Porter was very helpful and was available to help guests as they entered Tivoli. Room was very clean and had complimentary water bottle, Inside pool was well kept however the hot tub water temperature was cold. Would definitely stay there again.

Worst stay possible! The minimum anyone expects from a hotel room is a comfortable-enough bed! The main bedroom's bed could not be any worse! As if it was found from the corner of street amongst garbages! I can't believe any bed can be in this condition, let be a hotel room's bed! Every metal spring has spawn out and was poking my body! Seriously, sleeping on a bench would have been more comfortable, at least the surface would have been flat!!! What kind of organization gave this hotel 4 stars? I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

As a family we had an amazing time, the interconnected rooms was great for the kids and the staffs was all friendly and welcoming. The location was good as we had the shopping center 2 mins away. Also we went to the beach which was 35 mins away by uber and had an amazing time there. We will definitely stay again!

Short Stay In Lisbon

I stayed overnight before taking the train to Porto. The hotel was beautiful and breakfast was amazing. Loved being across the street from Oriente train station.

I was expecting a different experience at this hotel. We had a long wait to check in and our room was not ready. We then waited a long time for someone to take our luggage to store. The gym and pool way finding was confusing and poorly marked. The gym had icky lighting and stale air. The room was nice but very compact with a small window and a nice view. The best thing was the bed, which was comfortable.

Great location if you want to be near the train station or the airport, perfect spot for just an overnight stay in Lisbon. Beautiful rooftop bar, unfortunately we only got to stay for 30 minutes because it was closing for a private event. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Bed felt a little worn
