"The hotel was very close to the airport and offered a shuttle to and from. The room was small, but perfect for our one-night stay, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the water pressure excellent. The room had robes and slippers, a small refrigerator, sink, coffee/tea and a small sofa. There's public transportation just a short walk away, which is what we used daily. Breakfast offered many options, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The pool looked very inviting, but I never used it during my short stay. If you need a hotel close to the airport, I would highly recommend."

"Good location for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Well maintained property with helpful staff. Was very hot even for Madrid and our room air conditioning was not working. Maintenance staff fixed this issue quickly which was certainly appreciated. Next door room guest complained to management that our TV was loud / disturbing them. Very odd as our TV was not set to a high volume setting. I did see some other reviews that mentioned thin walls / sound issues. Our room was quiet with no noise issues. One observation for the hotel owner, describing the room as premium with a balcony is a bit of a stretch. The room was nice but the description gives the impression of a full walk on balcony which is not the case. To better manage expectations maybe more accurate to just profile the room as superior or similar."

"This hotel is beautiful! It is right in the middle of where you want to be. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a loft room which was amazing with a private Terrace. There was a Dyson hair dryer and a straightener provided in the room. A The breakfast buffet was delicious. Made to order eggs and an array of other items. I have already recommended this hotel to friends that will be passing through Madrid. It is definitely my new goal to stay when in town. Thanks for a beautiful experience!"
