"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

"Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, we slept soundly. Room was soundproof, we heard nothing from a joining rooms or from the courtyard/breakfast area even though our room overlooked it. I'm picky about hotel showers and this one gets my approval. Hotel is situated in a great area for walking, tons of restaurants and shops. We would happily stay here again if we return to Madrid."

"EXCELLENT!!!! Great location. Close to the metro, restaurants. Hotel was fantastic. There was a fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and detergent. Every room has a patio. Rooftop pool and restaurant. Very clean. Friendly staff. This hotel made our trip to Madrid so much more enjoyable. 5 stars "
