Reise wurde am Tag der Anreise durch Gastgeber storniert

Am Tag der Anreise, als ich nach dem Check-in fragte, teilte mir die Vermieterin mit, dass die Wohnung anderweitig reserviert sei und hat meine Reise ohne weiteres einfach storniert. Auf eine weitere Nachricht wurde gar nicht mehr reagiert (hätte man mir gesagt, wie das passieren kann und sich vernünftig dafür entschuldigt, hätteich eventuell Verständnis gehabt, aber nicht so und nicht am Anreisetag!!!). Wir konnten zum Glück ein anderes Reiseziel über AirBnb finden (Eguisheim, sehr empfehlenswert und nur 10 Autominuten von Colmar entfernt), sonst wäre alles in Wasser gefallen. Wir hatten für die Reise schon alles vorbereitet,eingekauft,etc.Ich finde so etwas absolut unverschämt und unprofessioniell. Das einzig positive war, dass mein Geld ohne Probleme direkt zurückerstattet wurde, was aber eher fewo-direkt als der Gastgeberin zuzuschreiben ist.Die Unterkunft mag schön sein, aber von dieser Gastgeberin würde ich auf jeden Fall abraten.
