The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff at Moon Palace Jamaica truly made the experience special. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Whether at the front desk, restaurants, concierge desk, or pool area, we were always greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.
