"I was placed in the older property next door, Royal Court. Facility is not well maintained, room is musty, fixtures are old, rug is dirty. Outside carpeting on walkways is moldy and cigarette burned. Stairwells not mopped. Front staff was very nice, but I wouldn't stay here again."

"Checked into the hotel at 11pm on a Friday and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and quickly got us into our room. Very spacious room with great amenities all around. Found some hair on the bathroom floor, but besides that the room was spotless. Parking was free and ample. I always choose this hotel when booking an Ithaca trip. With the location being tucked away from the downtown area you really feel at peace."
