Wonderful staff, food is so so and the room is screaming for a remodel. There’s a great bar in the lobby Enrique is one of the best! Enjoyed watching the turtles come out at night to lay eggs on the beach.

The beach is absolutely beautiful and the food and coffee is really good however the hallways are pretty dirty and there’s dishes left on the floors. We had an incident where a little reptile got into the room. When we came down to the reception and asked for help. In the workers very own words, “What do you want to do”. There are very few workers with excellent costumer service and a positive attitude.

One of the most amazing properties I’ve stayed at. It’s smaller and more intimate, which means less entertainment options so that might be something to consider if you like to really party. More on the lax side but I didn’t mind because of the beautiful aesthetic + we went out to Coco Bongo for entertainment anyway. There’s 2 restaurants, 1 buffet, 2 snack bars and 2 alcohol bars. Restaurants didn’t require reservations which was really convenient. Food was a1 on the Mediterranean restaurant. I’d say food here is above average compared to most resort food. Since it’s a smaller boutique hotel, the staff are amazing and aim to please every guest. Aesthetically pleasing for photos, with the 2 pools overlooking the beach. Some wear and tear on the property but the rooms are also very clean. Although I wouldve appreciated if the cleaning staff were more consistent with checking in the rooms to make sure everything was good. Room service for food was fast and efficient but might take 30 mins if you ask for a towel or beddings. Beach was nice! there was quite a bit of seaweed but wasn’t cleaned everyday. Drinks were good with options for extra top shelf liquor. Looovee the biodegradable agave straws they provide with every drink too. Small details matter! Overall would come back here again.

Everyone and everything was really good. Our only negative feedback is the constant pressure to sell you products. Making offers and discounts that you have to negotiate or meet with another person etc. That should be more tuned in. Besides this small issue every day we had a great time and service was great

Very beautiful resort with amazing views. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They want to make sure you’re having a good time. The app is very convenient to look at food menus, maintenance, etc. Check-in/out process went very smooth and fast. Azul’s food can be pretty bland/lacks flavour but Hakka and Almar were pretty good. The drinks made were very good. Rooms were always clean and well maintained. Staff Felipe and Mariano were excellent. They chatted with our group and made us special shots. Super fun!
