Beach was amazing. Service and a staff were attentive and conversational. This is our third time visiting Cancun, and our second time staying at intercontinental. My mom loved this hotel because of the quiet area away from the lights and noise, but also it’s close enough if you do get bored and want to walk in the evening to the area for shopping. My mom loved talking to locals in the hotel and it reminded her of home, everyone was nice with good sense of humor. Hotel room had everything you might need, bed was very comfortable and beach view was nice, if you could get a higher view that would be ideal. But who’s staying in their hotel room all day anyways?

The room was great. Check in was a breeze. The restaurant staff was friendly. The bar staff were busy, busy. The spa service was phenomenal! Sandra and Kristen provided a professional yet relaxing massage that was much needed. I have been coming for years and this place is one of my favorites.

Our reservation was a classic room, however, the room they gave us was for special needs. We told them that we want to change our room, it took them so much time to change our room and we had to stay the frist day in our the room that had bathroom and room amenities that are made for special needs. after we complained, several hours later, they changed our room, the shower in the new room did not work properly as well. we only stayed for 2 nights there and both our days was ruined because of this room situation. and our situation was not taken seriously nor any additional complemntary gesture was provided by the hotel as a compensation for all the incovenience that was caused. what happened was unnaceptbale and basically ruined our trip.

Everything overall was amazing. Property is in top shape, beach is gorgeous, staff is top notch and the food is delicious. This is my third time at Presidente Intercontinental and management should be proud of what they have accomplished, 50 years being the best.Thank you

Room was ready, staff at reception could have been faster, they move from one computer to another but I guess this was a software problem.I gave my business card to be given to general manager but instead they staple it to my papers which is wrong. I wanted to have a chat with him. Besides this, they’re very polite
