"A resort of this caliber should have a high level of service and sadly, it fell very short. Resort is beautiful, huge but beautiful. Service times took forever and even when there was finally service, everyone was just going through the motions. No one was pleasant. I’m all about first impressions and the front desk didn’t do so great. Not welcoming at all. We celebrated a birthday and they did not have a candle! I mean.. vacations usually include birthday celebrations, so the la k of candle for my young child was disappointing. Besides the slow service, everything else was great. Plentiful chairs and towels, good food, lovely grounds, fun waterpark, nice rooms (marina side), nice beach, fun ferry ride. I’d recommend getting a private palapa on the beach. Service was just really not it."

"Excellent location close to the rainforest. Incredibly spacious rooms and comfy beds. The shower was a dream. Parking was a piece of cake and so affordable. The complimentary breakfast was the perfect way to kick off our day in the rainforest! "

"The property was amazing features and activites for all of my family members. The ony thing it lacked was a proper hot tub. Unfortunately, My son got very sick 2 days into the trip and had to be rushed to the emergency room but the staff was so helpful and got us an ambulance escort. Food was amazing for the most part, especially the Sushi! Will totally come back!"

"What an unforgettable, fantastical, and peaceful place! Nothing beats the VIEW or falling asleep to the sounds of nature - rain, coquis, leaves brushing, birds. The host was so kind and accommodating! The room was very clean and thoughtful details throughout - fridge, mini stove, A.C., sitting areas. The outdoor area is meant to be explored with several seating areas (all showcasing the view). We took a dip in the water as well (following safety precautions) and it was so refreshing. There’s a little food truck just down the driveway, recommended for a quick bite, a town center with a beach and food about 15 minutes away, and a driveway for accessible and easy parking. Seriously, stay here! "

"A Life-Changing Stay & A Magical Engagement! This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful stay of my life. I arrived as a girlfriend and left as a fiancée, carrying a heart full of love and memories. Staying four nights in the tent was a transformative experience; the rhythmic sounds of the rushing water and the tropical rain truly put us in a peaceful trance. From the evening songs of the coquis to the morning wake-up call of the roosters, we left feeling completely rejuvenated by the fresh air and the natural symphony of Puerto Rico. What to Know: The Experience: Be prepared for the magic of outdoor showering/bathing—it is an absolutely beautiful way to connect with nature. The Location: Casa Parcha is perfectly situated. It's an easy 1.5-hour drive from the airport and conveniently close to the coastline and local towns for supplies. The Hosts: Communication was flawless. The hosts were available via text for every question we had before and during our stay. Pro-Tips: Pack light, non-perishable food items, bring plenty of water, and embrace the glamping lifestyle! 10/10 recommend! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect start to our next chapter!"
