"Checking in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Handlery is in the heart of Union Square and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, the theater and Chinatown. When I’m in the city I always choose the Handlery. My only complaint would be having a discounted rate for parking if you are guests at the hotel. We parked in another garage that was considerably cheaper. "

"Bed was very comfortable. View from room was great. Good gym. All additions asked for came to the room with no problems. Problem with cleanliness in bathroom compensated well. Great check in and check out experience. In room breakfast quality slightly average. Friendly staff throughout hotel. "
