"Hotel was okay. Typical all inclusive feel. Staff were great. I didn’t like that hallways had trash for days before it was cleaned up. Food was a hit or miss. Speciality restaurants were good. "Hotel was okay. Typical all inclusive feel. Staff were great. I didn’t like that hallways had trash for days before it was cleaned up. Food was a hit or miss. Speciality restaurants were good. To get beach hut you have to get up at 6am to save a spot. Beach was nice, however surrounding hotel people came with their children although you pay more to be all adults. Pool entertainment was a little boring. Would like to hear more music to make pool fun. Once music went off it was a little boring. Thankfully took my little JBL speaker to have some music. Pool bar closes at 6pm. Also they serve drinks in little cups instead of filling up our own cups. The bartenders would let you order 1-4 drinks to watch you fill your own cup. Didn’t make sense. Overall place was okay. Not sure I’d be back. Oh also you have access to the family RiU next door. You can only eat at the buffets. Pool time was more fun and kids didn’t seem to bother me there. WiFi was great."
