Beautiful place! It was undergoing renovations but these were handled to inconvenience customers as little as possible. Almost everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with the exception of a few bartenders who were somewhat rude and the guy making the pizza who was just a jerk. However, Bernadette was the one bartender who made up for anyone else. Fun, funny, outgoing, and made great drinks! From desk staff was lovely too. We also appreciated being accommodated in a first-floor, beachfront room, because my husband had a mobility issue. Food was great! We tried every restaurant. Get your reservations done early, as they fill up!

DIVI All-Inclusive is a great spot. The complex is growing…so had some minor construction going on, but did not stop us from having an Amazing trip. The room does the job…the complex has so much to offer. The staff…the Food is Top shelf. If your by yourself…a couple or a Family the DIVI All-Inclusive will fit the bill. We will be back…..😎

It’s a little dated and construction was going on while there. Staff at the front desk could be a little more informative, such as where you get beach towels and other amenities. We had an Ocean view room which was nice; however, there was a slight obstruction with another short building in front of us. The power went out briefly during our stay and once restored, we went to our room and there was no water. Maintenance came and my husband told the gentleman that the water pump should always be checked after a power outage. The water was luke warm up until our last night, when we finally had hot water. The All inclusive option was great!

The Divi was a great get away. The food was good. The steak could have been better. Was not tender enough for me. Adolfo was outstanding. We met him at the buffet. The bartenders need an attitude adjustment they just seemed miserable any time we went to get a drink. The beach was the best part of the trip. Such beautiful water and soft white sand. The room was freezing and could use some work done on it. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would come back.
