15 minutes south of Châteauroux, 20 minutes from the Maison de George Sand and the Creuse Valley, this cottage is in the heart of the countryside and a 2nd category river (300 meters). House with enclosed garden with a slide and a swing.

On the ground floor: entrance - dining room / living room - equipped kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed with sink) - shower room - toilet.

Upstairs (straight staircase with rope banister): 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 130 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed, baby bed and sinks) - shower room - toilet - games area.

Garage (bicycle storage).
Oil heating (billed according to actual consumption - meter on boiler, to be paid on site) and wood provided for the fireplace.
Cleaning fee not included, charged for professional stays at a rate of €65. Similarly, sheets are not provided, they are charged for professional customers at a rate of €12 per pair.

Possibility of renting a room for 60 people (on site) at a rate of €350 (Saturday noon to Sunday evening).
