Excellent bathroom, very big with big shower, decent breakfast, comfy bed, great price. Hotel was very full and rooms get a lot of use but appeared well maintained.

I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. My stay at Studio 6 Suites Lake Havasu City was a nightmare that has resulted in multiple health issues. Coffee maker still had used grounds in it. Bathroom stool seat is too thin making use of the stool impossible except in standing position. Change out the seat. Ice water in the bar area was a very nice amenity. Staff seems "harried".
